About This Site

This site isn't about surviving 2012. I'm not a the-world-is-coming-to-an-end type. This blog is more devoted to surviving off the land, making the most of what you have, and being prepared for hurricanes and other natural disasters. It's about providing tips for surviving the high prices of food and other necessities in today's economy. You'll find tips here about fishing, hunting, cooking, saving money, and preserving your own food, along with lots more information.

Sometimes I'll give info on survival foods, survival water and food storage, first aid survival kits, and emergency supplies. I'm just starting out here, so if you come to the site and are disappointed, please come back! I'll be adding more information regularly. I have a lot to share from my personal experiences!
